Qianyue specialized in all kinds of caster wheels and provides over 1,000 quality caster combinations of many kinds. which could be applied to various areas, including a toolbox, hospital, transportation industrial machine, medical equipment, furniture, hand trolley, shopping cart, hand pallet, scaffolding.
Qianyue caster wheel diameter size from 25mm to 350mm, loading capacity from 10 KGs to 60 tons. Wheel materials are PU, PVC, PP, nylon, elastic rubber, thermoplastic rubber, all materials selected as environmentally friendly new raw materials. Good material and strict quality control make our wheels with high toughness, wear-resistant, light push and pull, strong load capacity, high pressure, low rotating noise, durable and long service life.
Our associated plant brings in advanced equipment-200 tons of fully automatic stamping machines. Fine molding equipment makes sure the caster is in good precision and effectively eliminates imbalance during movement. our caster passed GB/T 14687-2011 loading static pressure test, walking impact resistance test, drop resistance test, and 48 hours salty spray test. Our QC strictly inspects all casters before shipment.
