Qianyue Caster Wheel AB Brake System
Hello everyone. I’m Eric from Qianyue Caster. I believe that in the daily use of casters, there is a very troublesome problem. When we use the brakes of ordinary casters, locking the brake is very simple, and we only need to step on it lightly to stop the casters. But it is very troublesome when we need to unlock the brake and hook it. But this time it caused us a lot of trouble. Sometimes the brakes are too tight, and it’s hard to unlock them; when you’re wearing slick front shoes or flip flops, unlocking the brakes can damage your shoes or hurt your toes. Never try to unlock the brakes with your hands, as the brake pads will likely cut your hands when rebound.
At this time, we designed a caster that locks and unlocks the brakes by Stepping. We call it AB brake. This brake can be applied to most wheels. For example, this TPR medium wheel in my hand is a common type; it is difficult to unlock after braking, this is the AB brake type, and it can be easily unlocked with just a light step after braking.
